PATTI LITTLEY, OWNER
Educated at the Art Institute of Philadelphia, Patti’s design philosophy leads her to create spaces that blend the individuality of her clients with the highest quality luxury on the market. Patti maintains a passion for new products and design, seeking elements that suit dreams, needs and wishes. Clear and confident communication allows her to guide J&L clients through the design process until each project is ready for build. Working with Ed, Patti acts as the ultimate advocate and the heart of every project.
ED JULIANO, OWNER
Partners with Patti since 1990, Ed brings a lifetime of construction experience in addition to his business degree to the J&L executive team. His ability to micro focus is critical in the implementation of all designs. Attention to detail in achieving the finished product is his main priority as he delivers skill and precision through every phase of construction with his team. Ed enables J&L clients to witness their project expertly unfold, guided by his confident hands, voice and vision.
DEBBIE PENNINGTON, DESIGNER
A longtime member of the J&L team from the Art Institute of Philadelphia, Debbie takes Patti's design vision and creates the working set of architectural drawings. With precise detail and vast knowledge of law, building codes and product specifications, she delivers the crucial parts needed to take your space smoothly from the day-one meeting to a brilliantly successful completion.
MARIA SKLAVOS, DESIGNER
Maria studied architecture at Temple University’s Tyler School of Art program, then moved to Europe for nearly a decade where she drafted residential design with a pencil and paper. Skillfully creating completed designs for clients through incredible rendering software, Maria's work insures a dream outcome - a completed project with no surprises.
